Our weekend at the NYU Forum on Educational Theatre

We presented this weekend on our empty chair technique at NYU’s Forum on Educational Theatre. We so appreciated our wonderfully engaged participants. One thing that came of it all is that there is more to be done and so much we have to share. One person said, “I want to turn you inside out and know how you do this.” There was much interest in our work with the empty chair and how we incorporate the technique in our scenes but also a desire to learn about how we facilitate. We are inspired to create a facilitation workshop here in Colorado and if you have a way to plug us in where you are let us know.

More to come!

We were also honored Saturday night of the conference with the Swortzell Innovator Award in Applied Theatre. This award means a lot to us and certainly belongs to everyone we have worked with along the way.
